Limited Warranty
Kinyo Company Inc. (KINYO) warrants this product to
the original purchaser against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase within the 50 states of the United States
of America. KINYO will, at its option, repair or replace
the defective product at no cost to you during the warranty
period.
The warranty will not apply if the unit has been subject
to cosmetic damage, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect,
unauthorized alteration and modifications, undue electrical
stress, damage due to acts of God or operated contrary
to the instructions contained in the accompanying manual.
2. How to obtain the warranty
on my Kinyo products?
Prior sending out your warranty card and the product,
customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA) by downloading the RMA request form from
www.kinyo.com, or contacting our customer representative
at 1 (800) 735-4696. Once you complete the RMA request
form, please send back via email to xxxxx@kinyo.com
or via fax (626) 961-9114.
After
the RMA is authorized, please write the RMA number on
the outside of the package and ship at your expense
with an insured carrier. Kinyo strongly recommends obtain
a proof of delivery or tracking number for your package.
Please include all items from the box (cables, stands,
remote...etc.) along with the original packaging and
secure the product in the box using bubble wrap, foam
or other proper packing material when you prepare your
shipment. Please send your package to:

How long will it take to receive my product back once
I submitted the RMA?
Please allow Kinyo 7-15 business days to process your
RMA request. If you haven’t heard from us regarding
your request nor received your product after 15 business
days, please contact our customer representatives for
further assistance.
4.
What should I do if I don't have the receipt and I need
to request a RMA?
In order to verify that your product is still under
warranty, you must provide a dated receipt with store
information. Kinyo strongly suggests that you keep the
original receipt from the purchase point along with
the product instruction manual. If the product was received
as a gift, you can ask the person who gave the gift
to request a RMA for you.

Can I bring the product to Kinyo office and pick it
up?
It is not recommended to drop off or pick up the RMA
product directly from Kinyo office. Please contact our
customer representative prior to the trip. Please keep
in mind, an RMA request takes approximately 7-15 days
to process and you must obtain a RMA number in order
to start the process.
